Our team
As former CEOs and senior organisational executives LeaderShape’s Faculty will understand your organisation's challenges and ambition - because we've been there! We deliver our services directly through a limited number of carefully selected Faculty, Partners and Associates with a strong background as Senior Executives and/or a proven track record of peer-level interaction at CEO level. All our accredited Faculty have been trained to our exacting standards in Transpersonal Leadership and have a demonstrable understanding of the issues facing individuals in the most senior positions.
