Since our founding in 2003, LeaderShape Global has been a research-based innovator in leadership development, incorporating developments in neuroscience alongside the work of recognised experts in the field of leadership.
We have worked with thousands of executive-level leaders around the world and developed a practical leadership journey that anticipates the needs of today’s complex and rapidly changing environment.
What is Transpersonal Leadership?
Transpersonal Leadership is a process through which leaders work beyond their own ego, building authentic relationships, acting ethically and creating environments where people and organisations can flourish.
It combines personal authenticity with a commitment to the greater good, enabling sustainable success for individuals, organisations and society.
Transpersonal Leaders operate beyond their ego, continuing personal development and learning. They are radical, ethical and authentic while emotionally intelligent and caring.
They are able to:
- Embed authentic, ethical and emotionally intelligent behaviours into the DNA of the organisation.
- Build strong, empathetic and collaborative relationships within the organisation and with all stakeholders.

How We Are Building a Global Movement
We are growing the reach of Transpersonal Leadership globally through three core strategies:
1. Leadership Programmes & Coach Mentoring
Our accredited faculty delivers leadership programmes and coach mentoring across an expanding international network.

2. Transpersonal Leadership Coach Programme
We train experienced coaches to become accredited Transpersonal Leadership Coaches.
Accredited through the ICF, the world’s most respected coaching professional body, the training follows a blended approach to suit different learning styles. It is delivered remotely and welcomes participants from around the world, including independent coaches and in-house corporate coaches.

3. Partnerships with Universities & Organisations
We work with education providers, universities, business schools and large corporate enterprises to co-create programmes that can be delivered by them.
We provide content, materials, online learning modules, training for lecturers and ongoing quality control. Programmes can range from a full Master’s degree in Transpersonal Leadership to individual modules within degree, postgraduate or executive education programmes.
