Kirill holds a BA degree in Economics and MAs in International Development from Nagoya University in Japan. He is fluent in three languages, has diverse international professional experience and a global mindset. He worked domestically as well as globally in different positions in investment banking and securities industry and has built a successful international consultancy and travel business. He has done training as a coach and mentor with LeaderShapeGlobal, UK and is accredited Faculty Member.
Business Experience
Kirill's business experience encompasses different positions in investment banking and asset management sector, senior management responsibilities in marketing and sales in securities firm and CEO in consultancy business that he has established. He has worked with Japanese investment banking boutique firm Capital Partners in Tokyo as senior associate and portfolio manager and as managing director in a securities firm in Kazakhstan. Kirill has also successfully established and developed Japan related consultancy and travel business, called Japan Connect. He is currently Founder&CEO there.
Kirill has lived and worked in Japan for more than 10 years. He speaks fluent Japanese, English and Russian.
