The Open Global Programme brings LeaderShape Global’s Transpersonal Leadership journey to a small international cohort of senior leaders, providing a structured path from emotionally intelligent leadership through to leading beyond the ego.
What is Transpersonal Leadership?
Transpersonal Leaders combine emotional intelligence with strong values, ethical judgement and the ability to operate beyond their own ego.
They develop greater awareness of themselves and others, consciously adapt how they lead and consider the wider impact of their decisions on their organisation, stakeholders and society.
The aim is not simply to become a better manager, but to become a more self-aware, authentic, ethical and effective leader.

The Transpersonal Leadership Journey
The programme develops leadership through two connected stages.
1. Emotionally Intelligent Leadership
The first stage builds the foundations for greater awareness and behavioural change, including Transpersonal Leadership, neuroscience and self-awareness, understanding and managing emotions, leadership styles, LEIPA® feedback and creating a performance-enhancing culture.
2. Beyond the Ego Leadership
The advanced stage develops the deeper capabilities of Transpersonal Leadership, including the integral competencies of leadership, leading beyond the ego, judgement and decision-making, personal conscience, diversity, inner development and lifelong development.
How the Programme Works
The programme combines live remote cohort sessions with individual coaching, LEIPA® feedback, online learning, self-assessment, reflection and practical workplace application.
Between cohort sessions, participants continue their development through bite-sized learning, selected reading from Leading Beyond the Ego, confidential assessments and practical leadership exercises.
Each session creates space to reflect on previous learning, explore new ideas, discuss real leadership challenges and agree how learning will be applied in practice.
What Makes the Programme Different?
The programme is designed around behavioural development rather than simply transferring knowledge. Learning is connected directly to the participant’s own leadership context and reinforced through reflection, coaching and workplace practice.
Its foundations draw on neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence, leadership styles, ethics, values, judgement and purpose – bringing these areas together into one integrated leadership journey.
Participants learn within a small cohort while also having confidential opportunities to explore their own individual leadership challenges through one-to-one coaching.
