About the LeaderShape Faculty.
LeaderShape delivers its services directly and through a limited number of carefully selected associates all of whom:
- Have undergone training in coaching, mentoring and facilitation
- Follow a culture of continuing professional development and learning
- Are subject to a continuing quality control process for the services they deliver
- A Code of Ethics that mirrors that of the EMCC
Most also have a strong background as a Chief Executive or have a proven track record of peer level interaction at CEO level and a demonstrable understanding of the issues facing individuals in that role.
