Supervision.

The underlying principle behind our supervisory model is to create an environment that provides a continual process of sustaining high level efficacy. The key elements are:

  • CPD for our faculty
  • Sharing of best practice
  • Monitoring of client work and standards in a supportive environment
  • To ensure coaching is applied ethically and effectively

All LeaderShape Faculty are invited to participate in regular Supervision sessions that follow the seven eyed model of Supervision in a Group context. These sessions are facilitated by an accredited Supervisor. When necessary, due to conflict of commercial versus ethical interest, an external Supervisor is employed.
