Steve’s first career was in information technology where he worked initially for user organisations in technical rôles, later working for one of the largest IT suppliers holding positions as Project Manager, Bid Manager and Account Consultant.

After a spell working abroad, in both the Netherlands and Uzbekistan, Steve returned to the UK to establish a management consultancy focussed on organisation and personal development. He has consulted widely in the fields of internal communication, culture change and organisational values.

Steve has both designed and delivered leadership programmes and has been involved with coaching for over a decade. Steve coaches senior people to help them achieve their full potential.

As a Certified Management Consultant and NLP Master Practitioner, he brings these and other skills to his coaching.

He co-founded and continues to run The Coaching Foundation, a national not-for-profit organisation for executive and life coaches that provides professional development for everyone with an interest in this area.

Steve was appointed to the Information Systems Examinations Board Panel for their Consulting Skills qualification at its inception in 2001.

He also teaches regularly at the London Management Centre.
