Rachel Holmes has worked extensively in the fields of travel, education and training. Most recently, she held the position of Training and Business Development Manager for TMSDI Ltd, a respected publisher of questionnaires and training materials:Margerison McCann Team Management Systems (TMS), used internationally for personal and team development.
Whilst at TMSDI, she led both open and in-house TMS Trainer accreditation programmes for use both in the UK and internationally; for a range of clients across the public and private sectors, as well as a variety of personal and team development programmes using the TMS instruments.
Now an independent consultant, working in conjunction with LeaderShape, Rachel leads programmes for a range of clients.

- Trainer training.
- Personal & team effectiveness.
- Career development.
A fluent Russian speaker, Rachel has lived and worked extensively overseas, and has a keen interest in cross-cultural development issues.
Rachel holds the British Psychological Society qualifications of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A & B). She is a Master Trainer in Team Management Systems (TMS) and is also qualified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
