Rachael has been coaching senior leaders for over 20 years, both 1:1 and in Board level teams. She supports them as they develop emotional as well as strategic “fluency”, aligning their leadership capability with the successful growth of the organization.

She works with them as they step onto a wider leadership stage, expanding their confidence in their leadership purpose, values, and unique set of skills.

Clients include leaders in both the public and private sectors, eg. Royal Mail, BP, British Gas, BOC, Taylor Wessing, Reed Smith, The Pearson Group, National Grid, BERR, the Planning Inspectorate, and HM Revenue and Customs.

Rachael is an accredited team coach (Coverdale, 1994), a graduate of an International Coach Federation accredited advanced coaching programme, (2008) and is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner. (2006) She is a member of the ICF, the Association of Coaching, CIPD and a Fellow of RSA.

Her career started in the oil industry, where she worked in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

In 1989 Rachael founded the diversity and change practice, Schneider~Ross, now one of the leading diversity consultancies in Europe.

She is also a Director of the innovative training practice Passion @ Work.
She has lived and worked in Austria, Germany and France and speaks French and German.

She has an MA in Modern Languages from Cambridge University.
