A Typical Business Development Programme:

All of our programmes are tailored to meet the agreed needs of the organisation.

Each would typically follow a blended approach of one-to-one mentoring and group leadership development in cohorts of up to 10 people. Initially it might include a diagnostic phase together with preparatory modules and this might involve anything from an MBTI – Step II through a Leadership 360 (LEIPA) to a culture survey involving an appropriately sized cross-section of the organisation. The outputs from that phase inform the construction of the follow up programme to address the agreed development areas.
