Heather is an Associate of LeaderShape ltd.
Heather aims to challenge, inspire, and support high level leaders and their teams, particularly during times of transition, to improve their performance, fulfil their potential and take action to achieve ongoing personal and business success.
She is an accredited, experienced international executive coach and facilitator, with leadership training and development skills. Heather brings to her work a unique blend of nineteen years business experience in marketing support, sales, training, product management and education with IBM in South Africa; ten years education, training and practice as a family systems therapist in Washington DC and New York, and eight years executive coaching experience with diverse clients from the public and private sector.
Heather works with individuals or teams using a range of coaching and behavioural skills, to enable clients to:
- meet escalating complexity and change with enhanced capacity
- build on actions which yield consistent positive results
- expand communication and leadership skills
- develop high performance teams
- improve complex stakeholder relationships
- increase employee fulfilment, customer satisfaction and shareholder value.
Heather joined LeaderShape as an Associate at the end of 2009. She is also an Associate Fellow of Oxford Saïd Business School (SBS) where she works in Executive Education as a tutor, coach and facilitator on Advanced Management and Leadership Programmes. In 2008 and 2009 she worked as part of a team within SBS to deliver leadership and personal development programmes to senior civil service leaders in Abu Dhabi. She has also worked as Programme Director for Common Purpose in Oxfordshire.
